We are seeking a resilient, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department. Our Entry Level Administrative Assistants thrive in ambiguity and can lead their projects to completion. Simply put, we are looking to invest time and energy into developing the most elite Human Resources team in the Sarasota area. Responsibilities as an Entry Level Administrative Assistant:

Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external corporate specialists

Scheduled and confirm appointments for management staff

Answering phones professionally moving callers to a proper representative or answering questions as needed

Appropriately address employee concerns, helping to ensure we drive to a proper resolution

Efficiently and effectively fill open positions by screening resumes, qualifying applicants, scheduling applicants for zoom interviews, and hiring final candidates

Ensure compliance standards with our policies and procedures

Submit daily and weekly reports via email to the internal leadership team promptly

Manage new hire workflow, including onboarding, checking references as requested, submitting for background checks, ensuring background check has been completed, collecting/reviewing paperwork, File paperwork, and extending offers to selected candidates

Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets in various company technologies and software

Attend daily meetings to stay up to date with company announcements

Requirements as an Entry Level Administrative Assistant:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business, Communications or related fields

Experience in Administration, HR, Recruiting, Reception, or Customer Service preferred

Prior leadership experience in either a sports or University-related organization or club

Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Demonstrates superior abilities in attention to detail, organization, communication, and time management

Self-starter with independent problem-solving capabilities

Ability to utilize computerized systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ZOOM

Proficient and confident working independently or as a team depending on the task
