Seeking an Admin that will support the HR Department with a variety of Administrative tasks and HR functions. We are a growing Medical Device company. Work Schedule: on-site Monday – Friday, hours 7: 30 -3: 30 or 8: 00 – 5: 00 or 8: 30 – 5: 30.


Responsible for supporting the HR Manager with Human Resource functions for the company. This position will assist with employee benefits questions, HR policies, legal updates, recruitment, onboarding, career advancement, exit interviews, Covid tracking, employee expense reports, petty cash requests. Help with planning company events, team building activities and support other departments with Admin projects as needed. This job offers lot’ s of variety and the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an growing Med Device company. Must have strong excel skills to assist with HR reports.

Essential Functions:
Provides overall general HR and administrative support Develop and maintain sensitive filing systems and databases Enter data using spreadsheet and database, deploy and administer HR programs, policies, practices and processes Collaborate with HR in recruitment, selection and onboarding of new hires Participate in benefits task, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits invoices. Manages performance reviews, status changes, incident reports, employee progress and exit management. Actively seeks innovative initiatives to implement and improve the company culture and workflow. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and supporting other departments with Administrative projects. Competencies:

Specialized Knowledge:
3+ or more years of administrative experience Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Outlooks, Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
