Primary Function of the Training Program Administrator:

The Training Program Administrator is responsible for the teammate education life-cycle (teammate’s initial education through to teammate’s ongoing education and initiatives in between) and/or organizes our teammate onboarding and course program, including logistics and moderation of virtual classes. The Training Program Administrator role may also assist with editing and modifying teammate-facing resources and communications to support the Clinical Education and Training team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Training Program Administrator:

  • Responsible for the teammate education lifecycle and/or the Clinical Education onboarding and course program
  • Coordinates with internal and external partners to support teammate education materials
  • Responds to internal and external questions related to LMS administration as Training Program Administrator
  • Modifies teammate supplemental education materials (IE. Job Aids, one-pagers, reference guides, communications, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned to the Training Program Administrator

Experience, Education and Qualifications for the Training Program Administrator:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with vendor, event planning, customer service, and/or account management REQUIRED
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint REQUIRED
  • High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience managing a digital database highly preferred
  • Graphic design or knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred

Salary/ Wage Range $20.43 to $30.00

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
