Job description: Reporting to the school’s Information Technology Director, accountable for maintaining the day-to-day operations related to homegrown web applications, SSRS reporting, and Web (1) and SQL Servers (2) and their respective databases.
Essential Functions of Position:
The incumbent will meet with various level of management within the school, as well as third party software vendors, when there is a need for a technology solution or data reporting need to define the scope of work and make appropriate recommendations.
Incumbent needs to be a multi-tasker, team and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and willing to develop and maintain solid working relationships.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain SSRS report for Ranking access database in Student Affairs
- Upload of Student’s Step and Shelf scores from third party into the school’s MS SQL database
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and four years of experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, MS SQL, MySql, SSRS, SSIS
- Demonstrated ability to perform effective code testing.
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage more than one project at a time
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment.
*Thorough understanding of all aspects of software development life cycle, methodologies, and quality control practices.

This position is temporarily assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
