This role will work out of our main office location in Fort Wayne, IN, full-time, 40 hrs/wk, M – F 8:00 – 5:00.
Role
Assists the audit and risk management departments with clerical duties including member communications,
branch and department audits, and fraud research and support.
35% – Provide clerical support for auditor(s) and risk management departments including
filing, tracking, reporting, and scanning documents.
30% – Assists and completes member confirmation letters and correspondence for address
changes, internal, external and NCUA audits, new loans, closed membership accounts
and new accounts.
20% – Provides support on fraud cases.
15% – Provides support for subpoenas, credit bureaus disputes, monthly new account branch
listings, Chex System disputes, and investment safekeeping filings.
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank
Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control, in addition to all
company policies.
