Job title: Brand Media Manager, Content & Creative
Job description: The Arlo Brand Marketing Team is looking for a Brand Media Manager, Content & Creative to manage and execute our brand content & creative strategy.
Reporting to the Sr. Brand Marketing Director, the Brand Media Manager will drive forward the creative strategy and implementation of our brand identity, guidelines, content, and go-to-market plans with the goal of making the Arlo brand a trusted household name and a relevant community for our consumers.
Establish clear brand guidelines for Arlo assets across all touchpoints and oversee the development of creative with internal and external partners ensuring that all creative is on-brand.
Oversee creative and art direction for consumer-facing as well as internal content development needs for employee engagement including brand photography and videography.
Develop compelling and engaging social content (YouTube, TikTok & Pinterest) and set the editorial calendar in conjunction with major 360 communications campaigns as well as real-time opportunities to highlight key messages.
Partner closely with our external agency partners to ensure consistently excellent creative product delivery and execution.
Work collaboratively with various Arlo touch points – HR, Sales, Social, Community, Product, Digital, and Integrated Marketing teams to drive brand favorability with consumers and stakeholders.
Write, create, and design creative presentations with minimal support.
7+ years experience in brand creative, content creation, and/or content strategy including managing creative agencies, photography, videography, and motion graphics.
Advanced-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and experience with animation, video production, postproduction, lighting, composition, color quality, and aesthetics.
Experience with creative briefing process to ensure strong creative work.
Skill in the creation of long-form, short-form, and real-time content AND an ability to turn insights into breakthrough ideas.
Strong creative intuition with an ability to tell stories and create engagement.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and content strategies, including in-depth experience managing organizational social media accounts.
A strong record of delivering engaging content and creative that drives brand building.
Experience managing end-to-end digital and non-digital content development, deployment, and measurement.
High organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities, circumstances, and personal styles.
Experience developing brand creative content and driving successful execution of content and executions for new product launches, and market expansion initiatives.
