Here’s where you come in:
Building Energy Program Manager for McKinstry Essention, LLC to work at our Seattle, WA location. Occasional telecommuting may be permitted.
Design, develop, or evaluate energy-related projects to recommend energy savings strategies and achieve more energy-efficient operations, in line with client expectations and in partnership with engineering team. Participate in design meetings with client and engineering team. Define project scope and intent. Assess, manage, and communicates project risks. Develop final reports reiterating project values. Apply technical knowledge to project planning process, identify risks based on scope and budget that the owner has communicated, and prioritize tasks undertaken by engineers to mitigate those risks on the project. Coordinate resources on projects. Apply technical experience and creative problem-solving skills to provide enhanced solutions that exceed client expectations. Assess plans, set ups budgets, and schedules. May develop, establish, and monitor critical environment standards to identify energy savings for client. Recommend enhancements of client plans to development staff.
May undergo background checks incl drug screen.
Must have Bach in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, rel engineering, or other rel field and 5 yrs rel energy consulting exp. Also reqs the following skills (3 yrs exp) in: building commission or operational efficiency consulting.
