Job description: Who we are looking for

This position will act as a key contributor to the North American Asset Owner Client Service Excellence team, with a focus on client and 3rd party data and access management across multiple applications. In this role, you will be part of the North American AO Client Service team, within State Street Global Services.

What you will be responsible for

As Client Service Data & Access Professional, Officer you will

Centralize and maintain support and documentation for 3rd party designees

Establish training, enhancement and capabilities campaigns

Initiate data requests

Create standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for all processes

Help to establish and maintain a control framework with Consultant Relations & Product

Work in close partnership with application subject matter experts, Consultant Relations, Product, Client Service teams located in multiple states and across US and Canada, Delivery Partners and other divisions as applicable

Advise other areas of the bank interested in rolling out a similar support structure

This role could also be asked to perform adhoc project activities as needed

Past system or data management enhancement projects a plus, but not required

Strong Excel, and written/oral communication skills

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Ability to quickly and effectively absorb new concepts and business knowledge

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum 3+ years’ experience preferred
