Our Commercial Solutions Execution Team (“CSET”) sits within Worldwide Commercial Finance. Sales Deal Execution and Compliance (SDEC) owns the foundational sales deal execution (“SDE”) strategy, as well as policy and compliance infrastructure for Microsoft. We are seeking a program manager and collaborative team member to manage the SDEC Change Management framework and PERC analytics workstream within Sales Deal Execution and Compliance.

Project Management: This person will have responsibility to drive the process for ensuring proper documentation for intake, triaging, managing timely resolution, and communicating proposed changes across the SDEC team.

Analytics, Systems, and Tools: This person will be the subject matter expert and business contact for PERC’s analytics dashboards and analytics enhancement requests.

Situational Leadership & Collaboration: This role offers the opportunity to work with partner compliance teams across the enterprise, Audit-Risk-Compliance (ARC), Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA), and the Microsoft Business Operations team to identify, capture, and execute on compliance opportunities with multiple stakeholders within and outside of CSET.

  • Strong Project Management and Interpersonal Skills
  • Familiarity with the PROSCI Change Management framework, or equivalent
  • Expertise with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Power Apps
  • Liaison between SDEC and engineering, including Microsoft’s Compliance Analytics Program (CAP)

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field AND 4+ years of finance or financial compliance experience
  • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications: / Preferred Skills:

  • Compliance, risk management, or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft partner ecosystem knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence multiple stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Operations, and Licensing)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and decision-making skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills to support internal Microsoft and external to partner engagements.
  • High-level of integrity, self-confidence, and character
  • Ability to lead brainstorming discussions and workshops
  • Ability to influence without authority at level and above
  • Appreciates and supports a culture of diversity and inclusion
  • An entrepreneurial, and independent change agent who knows when to ask for help and engage their co-workers and network
