We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our global team with a focus on B2B Sales and Marketing. Working with mixed media, you will be responsible for creative ideas and creative brief execution to support our global strategy. Your skills range from illustrations, logos, layouts, and photo editing to bring our message to life visually. Your graphics should capture the attention of our target audience and drive conversions to Marketing Qualified Leads. Working from data-driven performance reports you will be open to a try & test iterative process, remaining glued to the brand guidelines and message. Your creative flair can fly here as we discover together the best way to visually communicate, engage, and inspire our target audience.

Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and workflows
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Produce sketches, storyboards, mock ups, roughs to visualize ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs
- Become a guru of brand and visual guidelines
- Work with copywriters and designers remotely to workshop and finalise briefs
- Amend designs after feedback
- Conceive and implement concepts and guidelines for various creative projects
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Present completed ideas to clients/team members
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
Requirements:
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics driven towards Sales and Marketing lead acquisition
- Familiarity with design software and technologies
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Graphic Design or related field is a plus
- Proven experience within a Sales and Marketing agency, company, degree or in a similar B2B field
- Experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
- Experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Game Engines preferred (Unreal Engine / Unity)
