Job description: 80Twenty, a boutique staffing agency anchored in quality, is looking for a Creative Recruiter. The right person will have strong communication skills and love speaking with people. In this role, you will be running the full cycle of recruiting – posting open jobs, sourcing, qualifying & interviewing candidates, and presenting these candidates to the hiring managers. You will also be building relationships with both clients and candidates. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a hunter mentality and a strong sense of urgency who can hit the ground running with confidence.
Qualifications:
2+ year of design or recruiting experience
A big plus if you have experience in any of these industries: sales, advertising, online marketing, digital media, start-up, staffing, or similar
Recruiting experience is a plus, but not a must
Able to follow instructions and procedures while also being extremely organized
Thriving in a fast-paced, short deadline environment
Exceptional communication, listening, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and able to meet and exceed aggressive goals
Strong written and communication skills
Experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
Positive attitude and an easy-going personality is a must
Thrive in a small team environment
