Job title: Digital Communications Analyst Sr. (Communications & Marketing)

Company: American Electric Power

Job description: Job Description

We’re looking for someone who embodies effectiveness. Someone who blends an analytic approach, technical acumen, and an understanding of how to find the perfect blend of data across multiple platforms to illustrate how content is performing, based on its purpose. Is this you? If so, you’ll help us improve our digital channels by making it easier to figure out what to say, when and where to say it, and to whom.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Communications & Analytics, you’ll have the opportunity to drive the way we measure, automate, and share communication data to ensure long-term success. Your strong understanding of analytics systems, human behavior, and how web, social, email, and mobile app channels intersect will help you analyze digital channel data and communicate insights in a way anyone can understand. And your technical skill allows you to immediately alter how that data is captured as measurement needs evolve.

This is a full-time, hybrid position (number of days in-office is flexible), based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
