About the Role:

As a Courier, you will be a key member of the Logistics team responsible for flawlessly delivering medications to our customers.

Utilize technology and routing tools to deliver medications to our Customers.

Compensation: Base + Incentive Bonus

Salary: $15/hr

Total compensation is a combination of salary + incentives (Total earnings can vary)

Base pay:

Courier base pay starts at $15/hr. Couriers have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.50 tenure-based base pay increase twice a year (caps at $24/hr).

Incentives:

Incentives are an additional way for couriers to add to their total earnings. Capsule currently offers two incentive programs.

Bi-weekly $280 Incentive:

Couriers will have the opportunity to earn an bi-weekly incentive of $280 based on hitting the four behavior based qualifiers.

20+ hour commitment:

20 hr/wk shift based structure with opportunity to work additional hours. Couriers can earn an additional $10 per shift working over 20 hours.

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years old.
  • You must have your own car with proof of registration and proof of insurance with your name on the policy.
  • You must not have a business use exclusion on your auto insurance policy.
  • You must be able to complete and pass a Background and Drug Screen.
  • You must provide documents that establish identity and employment authorization
  • You must have the ability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
  • You possess the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • You must have a Smart Phone with downloadable app capability and be familiar with technology and routing tools.
