The Ideal Candidate for the Junior Marketing Assistant Position:
- Wants to shadow all operations and duties of a trainer/leader or manager in the office.
- Offers creative ideas and design promotions to offer new specials to the customers.
- Someone who is goal-oriented and can contribute goals to better the companies operations.
- Someone with integrity while handling personal customer information.
- Can demonstrate organizational skills and understand the knots and bolts of the daily marketing process.
Junior Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
- Conduct all marketing using the face-to-face approach with the customers provided by the client.
- Participate in weekly conference calls with other Marketing Associates in different markets to gather new ideas for the team.
- Track daily office and personal goals and revenue.
- Understand daily goals for the team and offer tips, tricks, and coaching guides if available.
- Get familiar with personal duties given by upper-level management to contribute to the team effort.
Skills Desired:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- Excellent Interpersonal, Research, and Time Management Skills.
- Experience in coaching or training.
- Leadership Experience.
