Position:
The role of Natural Hormone Balancing Specialist (NHBS) is critical to the success of our clients and to the business. The NHBS is responsible for meeting with potential clients, uncovering and understand their issues and providing a solution that meets their needs.
In addition, the NHBS will coach the client through the program, providing excellent client support, troubleshoot and manage expectations. We want to create a Trusted Advisor relationship with our clients.
This position is responsible for the client care and directly impacts the revenue goals of the company. We are looking for a leader with expectational sales, client support, organization, time management, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Being available to open and close the center, center hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday. Part-time positions hours will vary
Answer the phone and warmly greet the clients professionally
Closing business by selling packages, products, and memberships to meet the companies and managements revenue expectations
Work with clients, support them through their appointments, trouble shooting, offering tools, resources to help them be successful
Following up with leads after initial consultation to answer questions and secure program client – this includes phone, text, and email follow up
Extensive knowledge of programs, products, and solutions for the client (training provided)
Working knowledge of nutrition and coaching is a must!
Work with Customer Management System (CRM) to update clients, process leads, and follow up, experience with Zenoti is highly favorable
Learn and work Point of Sale System (POS) to process payments, following up credit card information and declines
Securing client referrals for programs or products
Using social media platforms to post pictures, stories, inspiration on business pages
Create relationships with referral partners, businesses, and affiliate partners to grow the referral business
Cross-train with the Assistant Wellness Center Manager on operational tasks
Represent the BeBalanced brand at events – flexibility and willingness to work occasional events on the weekends if needed
We are looking for part-time and full-time team members, compensation based on experience.
