Job description: We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and energetic Front Office Manager. Responsible for creating/maintaining schedules for all areas of Front Desk operations. Oversees the recruiting, on boarding, training of all front desk employees; including the coaching, counseling, and disciplining all the shift employees as needed.
Hotel Front Office Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise all Front Office staff members.
Hiring and training staff and managing the shift schedules.
Ensure all guest service standards and depart policies are properly followed
Conducting performance reviews with the front desk staff.
Ensure all daily checklists are completed and updated.
Create an environment that encourages empowerment.
Communicate effectively will all operating departments including Sales, Accounting, Housekeeping, Reservations etc.
Hotel Front Office Manager Requirements and Benefits:
High school diploma or GED.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a front desk manager or similar.
Proficient in hotel front desk software
Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
