Seeking an experienced Paralegal.
The Paralegal with support the transactions team of the Legal Department. The Paralegal will assist the Legal, Aquisitions and/or Asset Management Teams from inception of any transaction through closings and post-closing compliance.
What you need:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge and experience with real estate and/or financing transactions
- Manages time and priorities effectively
- Analytical and strong attention to detail
- Collaboration and communication skills
- Attentive, attention to detail, & adaptable team player
What you do:
- Coordination by and with internal departments, Oustide Counsel, Escrow Agents, and third-party vendors
- Coordinate “pre-deal” property-related diligence
- Coordinate PSA review, exectution and funding of deposits
- Prep for day of Closings
- Attendance on status calls
- Satisfaction of Lender requirements
- Settlement Statements
- Funidng Process
