The duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Estimating industrial construction building systems
- Inspecting industrial construction jobsites
- Participating in determining project needs
- Participating with engineering staff for systems design and fabrication drawings
- Soliciting bids
- Working on a team to resolve jobsite issues
- Ensure construction and quality requirements are met
- Mentoring others
- Participating in maximizing services and products
- Interacting with customers
- Traveling to jobsites up to one hour’s drive away
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- Two or more years of industrial building mechanical systems estimating experience or industrial HVAC estimating experience
- Possess the ability to handle multiple industrial building systems and industrial construction projects concurrently
- Possess a solid work history
- Being a US citizen or green card holder
- Having a residence within a 45-minute drive
Expected salary: $80000 per year
