With continued growth, we are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated sales representative with a background in healthcare. Our client, Skin Medicinal was created to provide patients with access to science-based, compounded topical medications along with customized acne and anti-aging products at affordable prices. The Sales rep in this position will be targeting dermatology offices, offering custom compounded medications created by the physician for their patients’ skin care needs.
This is an inside sales position with a competitive base plus UNCAPPED commission, 2 weeks paid vacation, PTO for 10 holidays, ability to acquire health, dental, vision and 401K.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for prospecting, identifying decision makers, qualifying opportunities, overcoming objections, and closing on company objectives.
- You will be selling to dermatologists, offering affordable compounded medications for their patients.
Qualifications
- Ability to handle high outbound call volume and multitask
- The selected individual will be ambitious, outgoing, self-motivated, positive, organized, good listener, strategic thinker and persuasive.
- Comfortable speaking with C Level Executives
- Experience working under the pressure of quota and adapt to Sell the value of our client’s services to executive decision makers
- Strong written/verbal communication skills are a MUST
- Strong experience using MS Office products: Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as CRM software (Salesforce)
- Comfortable doing virtual demonstrations
- Experience in communicating with key decision makers

- Medical Sales or working in medical industry a plus
