Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain the HR and Risk Management systems, which includes but are not limited to leave of absence dates, estimated return to work dates, transitional work transfers, notification dates, and claim details.
- Review for accuracy and potential issues or concerns.
- Optimize business systems to gain greater efficiency in workflow processes such as making processes leaner, improve efficiency of data input, assess programs for improvements and consistency.
- Work closely with the Leave Administrators, Supervisors, Managers, HR Reps, branch contacts, Crown Medical Clinic and Payroll.
- Review and update documented procedures for data integrity and entry processes.
- Coordinate and support a variety of programs within the Leave Administration Department.
- Document program procedures/processes and continually review the existing procedures/process to meet the everchanging needs of the department and technology.
- Perform administrative duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Less than 2 years related experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Information Systems or equivalent, with one to three years of prior office experience, preferably in an HR environment is ideal.
Good verbal and written communication skills and computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. PeopleSoft, SAP, and Origami experience is a plus.
