Commercial Banking is focused on helping our clients succeed and making a positive difference in our communities. We provide credit and financing, treasury and payment services, international banking and real estate services to clients including corporations, municipalities, institutions, real estate investors and owners, and nonprofit organizations.
Wholesale Loan Services (WLS) services several lines of businesses within JPMorgan Chase, including Business Banking, Middle Market Banking, Wealth Management and Equipment Finance. The group consists of approximately 2,000 employees and is responsible for over $500 billion in loans outstanding.
As a Client Service Representative, your responsibilities would include:
- Handle incoming calls from internal clients.
- Provide high quality, professional service with emphasis on one call resolution.
- Provide clear and concise responses to clients via e-mail.
- Analyze and interpret transactions, statements, and loan documents in order to provide inquiry resolution to our clients.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of our services and be able to clearly and accurately explain all aspects of them.
- Ability to work in fast paced constantly evolving environment.
- Accept and process Advances and Payments by email.
- Thoroughly research accounts, documentation and complete servicing forms needed to fulfill clients request.
- Demonstrate exemplary team working skills by maintaining a professional, positive and supportive attitude.
- Ability to multitask between calls and emails
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Manager or Team Lead
Qualifications:
- At least 2 – 3 years contact center experience
- Loan servicing experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a clear and positive telephone manner
- Ability to work from 10:30 am – 7:00 pm
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must have strong written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective listening and analytical skills
- Good time management skills
- Self-driven, eager to learn
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use multiple applications, browsers, and instant messenger simultaneously
