The Manager, Sales and Hotel Marketing will provide all support functions to the Senior Vice President and Vice President, Sales and Hotel Marketing including creating PowerPoint presentations, analyzing market assessments and sales insights, collaborating with key stakeholders globally, generating reports, providing client support and coordinating with others on our brand event planning. The candidate must be organized, articulate, analytical, and possess strong written communication skills. Global support of event planning, communication, and distribution of key messaging will also be required.
This role will be based in either our Four Seasons New York or Los Angeles Worldwide Sales office and will be reporting to the Senior Vice President, Sales and Hotel Marketing. This role involves interactions with primarily internal stakeholders at various levels.
Key Activities
Project Management/Administration:
Assist with communication to Sales and Marketing stakeholders
Create PowerPoint presentations
Support the strategic initiatives of Sales and Marketing with insight and analysis
Other administrative tasks at the direction of the Senior Vice President and Vice President
Sales Support:
Understand sales strategy by segment
Review relevant reporting to support business needs of the organization
Identify trends and opportunities to drive sales growth for properties globally
Global Travel:
Manage Global Travel of the SVP Sales and Hotel Marketing
Arrange all travel requirements including air, hotel, car
Manage expense reports related to travel
Event Coordination
Manage, lead and coordinate global branded customer events
Manage budgets and chargebacks to participating hotels
Manage vendors, when relevant to a specific event
Desired Skills

Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a timely manner
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Proficient in Teams, SalesForce and SalesDesk
Strong design skills to reflect brand positioning in all customer and internal touch points
Effective organization skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle several projects and deadlines
Experience, Education and Professional Qualifications
College graduate preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing support role

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 2-3 days per week in the office #LI-Hybrid
