Job description: Job Summary

As the Marketing Analyst, you will be involved in the advertising of offline and online materials, creation of campaigns, interface with agencies, event organization, internal communications and competitor market analyses as your primary focus. This position will aim to promote the company’s image, products and services available, to leverage global marketing efforts to improve the sales results in alignment with the objectives and plans of the company.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned:

  • Contribute and participate in the planning ensure the dissemination of the company’s brands, development and implementation of marketing actions (general medias, including social media), including market intelligence and analysis of results, monitoring the launch of new products, new demands and trends, new prospects and competitors, advertising and promotional campaigns, in order to project the company’s image and increase value revenue.
  • Provide support to the commercial area with promotional materials, such as catalogs, brochures and gifts, aiming to contribute to the dissemination of the company’s brand and products in collaboration with global marketing team.
  • Disseminate articles and announcements, press-releases, prepare reports, sending materials to the media.
  • Ensure the graphic production process, advertising pieces, such as brochures, catalogs, gifts, banners, including preparation of art, images and other details, in order to guarantee the quality of the material produced in the standards required by the company.
  • Organize events such as exhibitions, fairs, conventions and workshops, monitoring the actions, schedules and materials for advertising, aiming to promote the brand to the target audience.
  • Internally promote and guide the company’s marketing policy, including concepts and execution techniques, brand positioning and graphic standardization, always based on global guidelines. To strictly comply with quality, safety, health, environmental and social responsibility standards and procedures, in accordance with the company’s policy and code of conduct.
  • Manage the co-branding process, supplying the necessary materials, monitoring the process and supporting the customer until the conclusion of the same and continuous monitoring of the product on the market.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related area.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Sales & Marketing experience, preferably in the ingredients, food/nutritional, pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Demonstrated computer skills/knowledge of Microsoft Office (includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Additional Requirement: you must have the ability to travel approx. 10-20% of the time for participating in events/exhibitions (by air or car).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in the field of expertise desirable.
  • Experience planning events, tradeshows a plus.
  • Experienced user of CRM and Oracle, as well as fluent in Internet search capabilities.
  • Adobe; Graphic Processes; SAP or Oracle network system, CRM.
  • Well organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Self-motivated; self-starter; customer-centric focus.
  • Works well with all levels of the corporation.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to travel by air, automobile, etc.
  • Lifting ability in general up to 20-40 pounds (samples, travel luggage, etc.)
  • Extended periods spent sitting/standing at desk in front of computer screen.
  • Regularly required reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment

Job functions will primarily be carried out in office environments although periodic interactions will be held within Suppliers, Customers and Rousselot Plant environments.
