Job description: Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or communications preferred) or equivalent experience required.
- 8+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated expanded responsibility.
- Proven ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships and influence across teams. Proven ability to build trust and transparency, to act with empathy, and motivate and inspire the development team
- Strong communicator able to clearly explain more technical concepts to less technical audiences, bring campaign visions to life, and articulate tradeoffs.
- Technical acumen to be comfortable with building system maps, asking the right questions of more technical professionals, learning about new technologies, and discussing technical options and tradeoffs
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Analytic acumen to be able to identify reporting and analytic needs, do some self-service for reporting and querying, build business case valuations, and analyze cost benefit of technology investments
- Experience with the email campaign development and automation process or related, relevant platforms. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus.
