The Sol Price School of Public Policy has an immediate opening for a Marketing Manager I. Reporting to the Senior Director of Recruitment and Admission, this position will assist with designing and implementing a digital recruitment and marketing strategy for Price Degree programs and work collaboratively to support undergraduate and graduate student recruitment and yield strategies. The ideal candidate must be collaborative and demonstrate the ability to work independently and as a team member, have strong presentation and organizational skills. The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Manager will include, but are not limited to:
Create email campaigns, concepts, and other digital strategies to effectively communicate with prospective and admitted Price graduate students utilizing Pardot and BeeFree
Research the needs of prospective graduate students and determine effective digital student recruitment strategies
Analyze and report metrics from digital marketing campaigns, recommend changes or enhancements
Work with current students and alumni to find and write compelling stories about their experiences at the Price School for email campaigns for prospective applicants and admitted students
Review and evaluate applications and make admission decisions for graduate programs in accordance with admission guidelines
Counsel applicants on admission policies and procedures. Evaluate and offer solutions to applicant problems and requests regarding admission
Assist with overseeing the daily operation of the Office of Recruitment and Admissions with a strong orientation towards high customer service standards
Manage undergraduate yield activities
Work closely with Student Affairs Event Coordinator to promote virtual and campus recruitment events through digital email campaigns
Represent the Price School of Public Policy at information sessions and recruitment fairs (virtual and in-person). Ability to travel is required
Survey current Price students to measure effectiveness of recruitment strategies
This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement (subject to change).
A bachelor degree related to business, marketing, communications, education, marketing or related experience is required
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce engaging content
Experience developing and managing digital email campaigns utilizing Pardot.
Strong project-management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Campaign Management, Messaging Automation, Salesforce
