Excellent law firm seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be well versed with marketing campaigns, and passionate about promoting an organization’s mission. Candidate must be results-driven, detail-oriented, and a natural problem solver!
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute client-specific marketing campaigns, support the firm’s marketing initiatives led by the Marketing Director, and develop strong relationships with firm clients.
Candidates must have a highly developed ability to anticipate and resolve client issues, a desire to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and the ability to collaborate and work effectively with the firm’s Administrative team. Strong communication skills to effectively interact and cultivate relationships with clients and engage and drive business will be important.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Advance marketing efforts through client interaction and industry involvement
- Serve as the primary marketing contact/account manager for specific firm clients
- Develop, implement and manage strategies to increase business from specific clients
- In coordination with marketing team strategize, create, manage and execute targeted marketing campaigns
- Manage and execute firm programs, events and tradeshows
- Serve as a contact for attorney and client marketing needs
- Work collaboratively with marketing team and firm leadership to accomplish identified initiatives
Qualifications:
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and achieve goals
- Commitment to delivering excellent, high-quality work products
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 10 years marketing, sales or client relationship experience
- Experience and familiarity with real estate brokerage companies or title insurance companies a plus
- Four year degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or other related Major
The position requires related experience working in external relationship management
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction
