The role of the IT Project Manager is to plan, execute and finalize projects using industry standard project management practices and tools and will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party business partners, and consultants to deliver projects according to plan, time and budget. The IT Project Manager will establish PMO best practices, policies and workflows and be able to assist team members in project management best practices. This role will work directly with the NCH Clinical IT Director in addition to NCH Site Managers with project management needs. Hybrid – Remote/On-Site.
Essential Qualifications: Project management certification, PMP or CompTIA Project preferred. Ideal candidate will have 3 – 5 years of project management experience preferably in a healthcare environment. Will maintain flexible schedule to adjust for project needs and deadlines. Must have a solid understanding of technology, including systems, networks and platforms and be familiar with security and privacy. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required as well as the ability to adapt to change, resource challenges, and priority shifts in a professional and supportive manner.
