Marketing at User Interviews

What you’ll do

As the Participant/Consumer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the lifecycle strategy for our participants. Happy and engaged participants apply to more studies and refer their friends to User Interviews. Your role will be to improve automated marketing efforts across email and SMS and coordinate with paid channels to increase participant engagement, application rates, and referrals. You will develop a strategy that combines on-site data, qualitative feedback, and email engagement metrics to create a personalized experience for participants.

This position reports to the Director of Consumer Marketing on our fast-growing, fully remote marketing team.

What we’re looking for

  • 🌱 You have 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or a related field
  • 📈 You are performance-minded and results-driven
  • ✍ You are an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal.
  • 🚀 You are analytically minded with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • ⭐ You care about the customer experience and have experience gathering customer insights to feedback to inform decision-making.
  • 🤝 You have experience partnering with product, data science, and operations teams to deliver results.
  • Candidates must have a United States address and be authorized to work without any Visa sponsorship.
