This role is fully remote and ideal candidate will reside in United States. Travel may be required to the company’s office located in Canada as well as to various customer sites located in Canada and throughout the United States (up to 35%).

Summary:

Influences the success of each implementation and forms a vital link between the customer and Quadient. The role varies depending on the experience the employee has with Quadient’s products and applications. More about the CCM products .

In This Role, You Will:

  • Serve as the day-to-day technical expert on external and internal projects and engagements.
  • Participate in business development activities, including the presentation of products and solutions to prospective clients, the preparation of statements of work (SOW’s) and pricing.
  • Lead meetings with project stakeholders to align resources and determine relative priority of projects to maximize business results.
  • Work with senior decision-makers using cutting edge technology to solve significant business problems.
  • Funnel concepts for product innovation to product managers.
  • Provide project leadership and mentoring to other team members.
  • Participate in Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) audits using experience with ISMS and QMS to ensure that the quality and security levels are guaranteed.

What You Bring:

  • Requires at least one (1) years of experience as a Professional Services Consultant, preferably in the Customer Communication Management (CCM) industries
  • Experience with business process re-engineering practices and methodologies
  • Experience with external and internal projects and engagements
  • Experience leading enterprise-level engagements dealing with analytics, technology, and/or enterprise software
  • Experience with building presentations
  • Experience analyzing customers specifications, work practices and business needs to develop optimal solutions
  • Experience developing creative solutions to business challenges and goals utilizing business and technology expertise
  • Experience with Quadient Inspire, including the following certifications: Inspire Designer (Basic, Advanced and Scripting) Inspire Dynamic Communications, Inspire Interactive, Inspire Content Manager, Inspire Scaler (Basic and Advanced)
  • Ability to negotiate resources and priorities with multiple stakeholders to drive business results.
  • This role is fully remote and ideal candidate will reside in United States. Travel may be required to the company’s office located in Canada as well as to various customer sites located in Canada and throughout the United States (up to 35%).
