Job description: Under limited supervision, responsible for supporting Sales and Marketing teams on the development and distribution of merchandising tools, including point-of-sale (POS) materials, premiums, signage, and Sales tools. Responsibilities include communication with internal teams, vendors management, and budget spend administration. Develop, organize and get approval for proposals to improve existing POS materials and related services.
- Work with cross functional teams i.e. Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Vendor(s) on the design, development, costing, and production of permanent and temporary merchandising materials.
- Develop POS order forms for promotional programs, collect order quantities from field sales, and place orders.
- Assist with merchandising budget monitoring, spend management, and invoice processing.
- Work closely with Procurement department to manage vendors, report performance issues, and track order status.
- Develop merchandising materials order and fulfillment processes and guidelines.
- Manage consumer premiums sourcing and manage inventory and distribution through inhouse and external vendors.
- Meet regularly with vendors to identify process improvement opportunities and comply with companies’ policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate product sample orders and shipping.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma required. Two years of college preferred. Experience ordering supplies, processing invoices, and distributing material to field locations.
- Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills
- Proven attention to detail
- Project management experience
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to network and deal with merchant vendors
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet all deadlines and targets.
