Job description: We’re searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer’s agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities: Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Create clients through lead conversion and lead follow-up; this will happen on a regular basis with training, help from our team, and collective motivational sessions. You bring the energy and the follow-up and we will provide you with enough leads to ensure you are never bored and you have plenty of sales opportunities • Once pandemic restrictions fully lift, lead high-performing open houses at least once per week; this includes activities before and after the actual open house • Participate in powerful networking events at least once per month; identify where in your community you are involved and be mindful of that involvement to create business opportunities • Recruit and participate in our monthly Home Buyer’s Workshops • Assist clients through all aspects of the home buying and home selling process, from contract to close • Collaborate with the real estate group to maintain an extremely high level of customer service for clients; the client is always right Qualifications: Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Must possess the following qualities: • Positive attitude • Detail-oriented • Team player • Problem solver • Excellent communication skills • Fast and task-oriented • Strongly magnetic social skills • Relentless self-starter Knowledge/Skills: • Active Real Estate license (or soon to be licensed) • Quick to respond to requests • Dependable follow up • Superior oral and written communication skills About Company: For more than a decade the we have been number one in total home sales and number one in the client experience—the Anderson Real Estate Group is a nationally recognized residential and commercial real estate team.
