Responsibilities: Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Have a positive growth mindset succeed within a supportive team • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs to improve sales results • Educate clients on key factors regarding their home buying experience • Guide 25+ buyer clients through the home purchase process each year • Build relationships with prospective clients and grow relationships with past clients Qualifications: Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Have a personal value system that fits within the Zander Team’s core values and mission statement • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Be resolutely persistent when challenges arise • Be an organizational and time management professional • Willing to work evenings and Saturdays • Ability to work daily in our South Jordan office • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Be an advocate for clients About Company: Zander Team is an exceptional Real Estate company.
