The commercial real estate sales specialist position is a commission-only role, but we provide leads – and lots of them! Responsibilities:

Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements

  • Act as the quarterback of deal flow, making sure everyone is following through on committed deadlines and appropriately adjusting the expectation of interested parties

Qualifications:

Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License or be in the process of completing necessary courses to secure a Florida Real Estate License
  • The most successful agents have at LEAST one of four traits/skills/experience (the more the better,) marketing/advertising, negotiating, financial levers behind real estate/construction decisions, or a significant amount of decision-maker contacts in any industry that leases, buys or builds commercial real estate
  • Not only wants to participate in but enjoys working with a team approach
