Job description: Searching for a dynamic, well-rounded individual to become the Executive Assistant of a blossoming Real Estate Company / Team. This role will perform tasks involving transaction coordination, listing coordination, as well as administrative responsibilities. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is excited to contribute to the growth and development of the business. This is a long-term position with growth opportunities as the business grows. Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: • Handling all incoming and outgoing communications for the business by acting as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and other business persons • Coordinating property showings, inspections, and all other appointments • Managing Lead Agent’s calendar, including but not limited to coordinating and scheduling appointments • Hold Lead Agent accountable to the scheduled task list, and time blocking • Creating and maintaining multiple marketing platforms, including but not limited to social media platforms • Creating and maintaining complex systems of organization and filing • Creating, or assisting in the creation of business procedures • Running business errands outside the office • Willingness to learn industry-specific programs and software • Skills and Tasks not limited to the above-stated information** • Managing Expenses Qualifications: • Must be willing to submit to a background check • Must have dependable transportation to and from work • Must be willing to get a Real Estate License, or already have a Real Estate License • Salaried position, with occasional weekend and/or after-hours needed Skills and Knowledge: • Expert-level communication skills, both written and verbal • Expert-level computer skills, including but not limited to a full understanding of Google Sheets and Docs • Expert-level time management, with the ability to manage own time for the highest productivity levels, and the ability to create and/or meet deadlines • Expert-level understanding of popular social media platforms • Able to work independently • Able to problem-solve and create plans of action • Highly organized • Highly task-oriented • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft Word • Microsoft Outlook Required education: • High school or equivalent Required experience: • Real Estate: Not Required but a PLUS • Administrative: 1 year • Realtors need not apply Benefits • Paid Time Off • Bonuses (RE License Required) About Company: We are a small company that has experienced massive growth over the last 5-6 years.
