Job description: Listing-Marketing Coordinator LaPierre-Herrera Real Estate Group is GROWING! We are looking for an experienced Listing and Marketing Coordinator to join our real estate sales team. The right candidate will be outgoing, organized, goal-driven, and results-oriented. Responsibilities: • Overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements • Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research • Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance • Lockbox and signage management • Data entry and writing copy for all listings in the MLS system and meeting all necessary requirements • Schedule open houses for listings • Design and coordinate all listing marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.) • Provide back-office support as needed • Keep track of the sales activity in the database Qualifications: Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to follow directions • Ability to structure daily routes and tasks efficiently • Ability to communicate orally and in writing • Professional phone etiquette skills • Ability to maintain with accuracy notes, logs, files, and databases • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Strong attention to detail • Trustworthy • PROFICIENT SKILLS IN THE FOLLOWING ARE HIGHLY DESIRABLE: • Google Suite and Canva • Marketing / Advertising • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher • Excellent and efficient computer navigating skills • Great management skills • Basic graphic design • Video capture and editing • Teamwork • Learning • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred About Company: We are a Spanish & English-speaking, top selling real estate group in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina.
