Responsibilities:
Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Prospect for new leads to promote new business
“Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
Qualifications:
Past sales experience is preferred
Show good organizational and time management skills
Self-motivation and drive
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills

Premium Properties Real Estate Services is a full-service real estate company that sells residential homes, leases, manages property, and sells and leases commercial real estate. We have 9 locations in the Central Florida area with over 400 salespeople and over 20 support staff. We are growing and are looking to hire to expand our business.
