This Talent Acquisition Consultant Specialty Recruiter position will sit in the Global Talent Acquisition organization within Global Human Resources and will provide strategic staffing support for Bank of America and will be predominantly aligned to Small Business and Specialty Banking & Lending.
Position Overview and Description:
Strong, seasoned recruiter to provide full life cycle recruiting
Partner with hiring manager and senior leaders in the small business organization and multiple business partners in HR, LD, compensation, and finance to create and implement a talent acquisition strategy for identifying internal and external talent
Heavy focus on mid-level hiring across multiple cities within the US
Scope of Responsibilities:
Manage client and candidate relationships at the professional level
Provide consultative search recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development assessment, advising clients and closing
Continuous networking and pipelining to identify a broad and diverse external talent slate
Extensive executive client interaction
Attend career fairs and interview events onsite as well as offsite and/or virtual as needed
Development and execution of staffing and diversity hiring plans
Strong integration and partnerships with Global Talent Acquisition partners
Enterprise Role Overview
Independently manages the search and selection process for professional, sales and management, technical, and other niche skill positions. Manages the full lifecycle of staffing processes; to include networking and pipelining. Engages and leverages business partners, such as Hiring Managers, Human Resource Managers, and Leadership Development to achieve results and deliver on Staffing plans. Individual contributor role with 3-5+ years of recruiting experience.
Required Skills:
5+ years professional level recruiting managing search and selection process for executive level roles
Strong understanding of current competitive talent landscape
Demonstrated experience understanding executive compensation appropriately competitive offers
Proven ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, facilitation, client service orientation, leadership
Demonstrated expertise in development of sourcing strategies and cold calling
Strong client management experience with solid credibility, presence and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services
Experience providing fact based and candid assessments of talent and making clear recommendations
Use of innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business while taking a broad perspective on strategic sourcing to meet workforce needs
Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization/time management skills, self-directed/result-oriented
Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced, action oriented environment; ability to juggle long term goals and short-term deliverables
Previous experience developing concise and effective presentations
Strong communication (both written and oral) skills
Must maintain and exude strong sense of urgency and integrity
Desired Skills:
Candidate tracking/reporting experience
Experience with Workday a plus
Experience in recruiting Small Business banking professionals
