Job description: Perform functions required to maintain accurate circuit inventory for all enterprise data and voice services. Work closely with the sales and operations team on acquisition of new circuits as well as proactively managing the renewal/extension of existing circuits to maximize Single Digits’ win and profitability. Primary liaison to the service operations team and to any partners handling circuit acquisition with Single Digits. Improve Single Digits’ circuit procurement processes to improve margins and meet client needs.


  • Operationalizing Single Digits’ internet circuit strategy through the bid process, order generation, circuit delivery life cycle and managing ongoing agreements.
  • Develop internet circuit buying strategy through developing carrier relationships while increasing bandwidth while lower costs
  • Manage television subscription in customer portfolio
  • Partner closely with Finance to ensure that billed services align with contracted services
  • Identify and implement connectivity solutions aligned with business needs for new sites, where a solution does not already exist partner with engineers to gather requirements and develop and deploy a solution to meet the needs
  • Proactively identify renewals and work with the account management team to lock in opportunity for profitable renewals
  • Proactively identify pipeline for new orders and work with the sales team to secure profitable new circuits meeting clients’ needs
  • Work with services team to ensure ordering and installation of new services and disconnect of old services
  • Upgrading/downgrading services as needs change
  • Negotiate with providers to improve buying power and profitability for Single Digits
  • Manage portfolio of telecommunications vendors ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
  • Assist Master Services Agreement evaluation of Single Digits’ commercials by vendor including:
  • Monthly Recurring Costs
  • Renewals & Obligation criteria for existing master services contracts
  • Assimilate carrier order forms & amendments if not in co-term benefit to the company
  • Moves, Adds, Changes & Disconnects of circuit inventory
  • Letter Of Agency (LOA) experience
  • Monthly Bill Auditing Carrier Service Reviews
  • Recovery Credits when applicable
  • Maintain vendor Account Team & Escalation information for internal organization consumption
  • Own the forecast contract integrity and work with leadership to identify resource conflicts

The individual will maintain planning using independent discretion to ensure the projects are completed in a timely manner and in the financial best interests of the company.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Telecom workflow, circuit inventory & contract management ideally including:
  • Core knowledge of North America telecommunications carriers
  • Familiarity with all Microsoft Office products especially Excel
  • Letter of Agency Experience
  • Effective internal and external communication skills
  • Ability to work under time constraints
  • Expert level organization and task management abilities
  • Ability to work in office or from home as business needs dictate
  • Business needs may dictate changes in travel expectations from time to time
  • Excellent time management skills and demonstrated competency in the execution of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) with a customer focus
  • Great prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Some travel is required (10-15%)
  • Project management/coordination
  • Knowledge of circuit delivery lifecycle
  • Circuit provisioning processes
  • Experience with ordering, auditing and disconnecting DIA fiber, Broadband, and similar circuits
  • Carrier invoicing and circuit tracking applications
  • Prior experience in MDU or hospitality verticals preferred
  • Prior experience with DISH and DirectTV a plus
