Provide administrative assistance to academic administrator and teaching staff of auto-tutorial physics course (Physics 1101/1102) with enrollment of approximately 200-300 students per semester and 30 students during the summer. Work closely with faculty and TAs to help provide administrative support of the course. Responsible for daily operation of Testing Center. Create and compile individual student records. Responsible for ensuring accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of student records and of testing materials. Maintain files and record keeping system in a secure environment; enter and retrieve data in databases. Assist with the administrative aspects of the development and revision of teaching materials, course policies, and training materials for students and staff. Coordinate course information on Canvas. Supervise graduate teaching assistants. Oversee Testing Center operations and equipment.

This regular position is benefits eligible, 20 hours per week – Monday through Friday.

Starting Pay Range: $20.37 – $21.83
